01Agreement to terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

04Orders & payments

All orders placed through Maruti Agro Industries are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Product availability issues
• Errors in product descriptions or pricing
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Inability to verify payment information

Payment terms: Payments must be made in full before order processing unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods as indicated at checkout. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

GST information: Our GST number is 07AAZFA2868B1Z7. GST will be applied to all orders as per applicable tax laws.

05Delivery & shipping

We strive to deliver all orders in a timely manner. Delivery timelines may vary based on location, product availability, and other factors. Key delivery terms include:

• Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
• We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners or unforeseen circumstances.
• Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery due to incorrect addresses.
• For bulk orders, delivery timelines will be communicated separately.

06Returns & refunds

We stand behind the quality of our products. Our return and refund policy is as follows:

• Damaged or defective products: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective products, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for resolution.
• Returns: Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products. All return requests must be approved by our customer service team.
• Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval and receipt of returned products. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Non-returnable items: Certain products may be non-returnable due to their nature. This will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maruti Agro Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the products or services in question during the six months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Maruti Agro Industries, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit to us

11Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

12Governing law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

13Changes to terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
